Communicating with customers or suppliers in advance about the protocols you have in place for possible service interruptions will assuage uncertainty and help them plan accordingly.
If evacuation of key IT personnel is necessary, be sure they have what they need, such as laptops and data access so that they can continue to work remotely.
Post alerts to customers, partners, employees and suppliers on your website to keep everyone informed. Be proactive by sharing any potential for a disruption of service and the steps being taken to avoid or lessen the disruption.
